Webcam on Whiskey Row, Prescott AZ

There’s a webcam on whiskey row in Prescott, AZ.  It’s on Gurley St. looking north, it pans around and shows the courthouse area. I found it bursty, and the display date in in 1970 (did we have computers then?) but hey, it’s a Prescott webcam
