Here’s some photos I took on 1/21/2010 of the big snowstorm in northern Az. I got these before the snow changed to rain.

Update Friday am: Gov. Bewer declares emergency.
We had high winds in Prescott, power stayed on at out house. We have 1-2 inches of snow this morning.
Update 4 pm: Prescott looking at worst case scenario. Much of the snow melted, it has been raining all day. Lots of water in the streets. Fallen trees have taken down power lines and blocked roads. Creeks may flood. Some power problems at my work place this morning. Heavy snow around the Flagstaff area.
We have about 4 inches of snow in Prescott at 6 am. I’ll get some photos later.
We saw this movie yesterday, it is quite good. Not as violent as the trailers suggest. It has a very god message.

There’s a lot of night photos of artillery firing at night, taken in Afghanistan. Well worth a look.
