Our black lab mix, Annie, plays a game called “help or hindrance” when Gary does yard work. She follows the lawn mower with a ball in her mouth (we call this lawn mower ball), asking to play a fetch. Sometimes she’ll drop the ball in front of the mower. Another favorite game is garden hose. She loves to be sprayed with water. Being mostly lab, she is a water dog for sure.

The dog with the water reminds me of my Max cat & his water, which is much tastier if it comes from the bathroom sink or my glass. I can imagine him trying for water from a hose spray!
