I despise the airlines and airports. I’m happy to see that they are losing money at this time. Anyway, the link above tells how some Chinese people expressed their displeasure. They trashed the place. Good for them!! Where’s the outrage in our society when we get subjected to this crap?

I can’t think of another industry that has so many different companies and are uniformly horrible at customer service. Of course the airport experience itself sets the tone. Incompetence and a complete disregard for their customers experiences followed by the airline employees lack of empowerment and devoid of basic customer centric skills makes me ALMOST want to take a bus. Where are the bullet trains when you need them!
