Update 8/10/2008: The Daily Courier reports the Prescott McDonald’s is going to be rebuilt. The new building will have wireless internet, an improved drive through, and a more modern look. No timetable for completion was published.

Here’s an image taken with my little point and shoot Nikon Coolpix. The track hoe is demolishing the Prescott AZ McDonald’s restaurant. I wonder, did they mess up the order and really piss off the operator? That McDonald’s has messed up my order more than once. But I don’t know how to operate heavy equipment.

I hope this doesn’t dissapoint anyone, but I understand they are building a new MCDs in the same place.
The building was pretty trashed the couple of times I had to stop.

Barry – Thanks for the info. I’m not disappointed that it is being rebuilt. Fast food is not bad if eaten in moderation and not too often.

This is very inconvenient. I have to drive all the way to Walmart just for some McD’s fries. That downtown McD’s was at a perfect location–Hastings close by for movies and McD’s for the munchies.
