We went to the Shootout on Whiskey Row Saturday 7/24/2010. We went last year too. It was quite nice. Several Western re-enactment groups performed. The dress in period costumes and use old west style firearms – with blanks of course. Still pretty loud.
They put on a very nice show, and this is an annual event. I ran into our mayor there too. Said hello to him and he acted like he knew me for years, though this was the first time I introduced myself. Politicians.
I shot this with my Nikon D80 using a Nikon 85mm prime lens.
