I found some interesting online resources for photographic lighting. The first one is a tool to create lighting diagrams. http://www.lightingdiagrams.com/Creator It does not work in Internet Explorer, I tried it in Safari and it works fine there. To add an object to the diagram, click it and it appears in the upper left corner of the diagram. You can then drag it to where you want it, rotate it, or delete it.
The other is a site with photos and lighting diagrams showing how they were lit. http://strobox.com/photos You can upload to this site.
Both of these are worth a look.
