Shadow
Our neighbors dog, Shadow, passed away this week. We was 16 years old. A good dog neighbor.
In his younger days he’d jump over the fence into our yard. He got along well with our black lab Annie. Sometime he would follow Annie into our house through the doggie door. I’d come home for lunch and see two dogs looking out our front window.
We miss him.

My dog is about fifteen years old and I dread her passing she has been a big part of my life for seven years and it will be hard to lose her. I don’t think I want another dog at this stage of my life if I pass who will take care of my pet ? I wouldn’t want to burden anyone with that responsibility.

I do understand. Our Annie is about 15 too, in good health other than some arthritis which we manage with medication.
