While experimenting with some new camera gear I got this photo of rat terriers Stacy (foreground) and Lacy. Their tails are precisely parallel.

This is Sandy, a poodle mix who belongs to the mom of a friend. She was here to be photographed by Gary, though I took this one on our patio. Gary got some nice studio type photos of her. Sandy has an expressive face, as you can see. She’s not very good around other dogs and snapped at our lab Annie a few times. I had to keep our dogs in the house while we were working with Sandy in the studio.
