We went to the Prescott, Az Christmas Parade today. This photo is the float of the Yavapai Humane Society – they have many great dogs and cats for adoption.
It was a cold, windy, gray day. Even so, we enjoyed the parade. More photos of it are here, and I’ll post a few more on the blog too.

Today, December 7th is Pearl Harbor Day commemorating the Japanese attack on Pearl Harbor in 1941. The Daily Courier has an article on local veterans who remember this event here.
