Why do the weirdest events happen in Florida? I’m glad to live in Arizona when I hear about this stuff.
Seems a retired cop shot a fellow movie patron for texting.
A man at a movie theater in Florida was shot dead by another patron after an argument erupted over his texting during a screening. The shooter, 71-year-old retired police officer Curtis Reeves Jr. was charged with second-degree homicide after opening fire on Chad and Nichole Oulson, killing the former and wounding the latter.

This was a retired cop no less! There is no justifiable reason for out and out murder like this yet it is happening more and more. Just read were there was another school shooting too, a lot closer it happened in NM. I’m waiting for it to happen here in AZ one day!

One reason it had not happened in Az is the same reason school shootings happen in suburbia and not in inner cities: Everyone is armed and would shoot back.
Florida has more strange and outright crazies than Az or even Ca.

Even more bizarre is the fact that the movie hadn’t even started yet; this happened during the previews. The theater is just a few miles from our place; everyone here is stunned. This stuff usually happens over on the ocean-side of FL, not here. Stress is definitely building.
