Once again, it’s not the guns but it is the wackos. Chinese waco do a mass killing at a train station. No guns used in the crime.
Anybody think the Chinese are going to spend years, and millions, determining if the perpetrators are mentally incompetent to pay for their crime?
Our sympathies to those who have fallen and their families.
