Early Apple Blossom

Our apple tree is starting to blossom. With luck and a lack of freezing overnight temperatures, we’ll have Granny Smith apples. Most years we don’t get fruit, this has been a very warm winter in Az so just maybe this will be a good year for apples here.

This drama took place in a neighbor’s yard this morning. I’ve seen it played out a few times, today I got my camera in time to shoot it.

Who was not happy about the situation. “There’s a freakin’ cat up there, a real live cat. On the other side of the wall! Damn, I want to jump this wall and get that cat. Why is the good stuff always on the other side of a fence?”
