I am experimenting with my Sony A6000 in “superior auto” mode. This mode should be called low light mode. This is a hand held shot at 1/10 ! of a second, no flash, with the kit lens 16-50mm. The color was off, the white part of the dog was yellow, easy to correct in Lightroom since I shot it in RAW. This little camera did a fantastic job with difficult light.
