A while back I wrote about the new, crappy photo import process in Adobe Lightroom.
Today I have good news. Version 6.3 corrects this problem by bringing back the original import process. Adobe responded to the dissatisfaction expressed by many Lightroom users. Thanks, Adobe.
If you installed the 6.2 version, just update to 6.3
