Bad Relations with the Neighbors

Black lab Shady dislikes her neighbors to the south, and they dislike her just as much. It’s interesting to watch this begin, the dogs stare at each other through the fence and upon some mutually understood signal, they charge the fence and bark snap and snarl at each other. It ends just as quickly as it starts.
The (human) family that lives there is very nice, we (humans) are on good terms.
