I went to the 2019 (it’s an annual event) Prescott Bluegrass Festival on Saturday.

Skunk returns

Skunk

The skunk returns. I have not seen a skunk recently on the trail/game camera in our Prescott front yard. It did show up on 6/18 and 6/22.
Thankfully it did not leave an olfactory calling card!

Happy summer solstice

Happy Summer Solstice! Today is the first day of summer, and the longest day of the year.
We in Prescott have had great weather this spring. Cool temperatures, even some extra rainfall. It was the nicest spring I remember, and I’ve been in Az since 1977. My husband Gary is a native of Prescott and he agrees. 
We are hoping for a wet, cooler than normal monsoon season. And no forest fires!
