I have a problem with this corona virus data.
The US has 4.29% of the world’s population. source: https://www.worldatlas.com/articles/countries-by-percentage-of-world-population.html
And we have (3081383 / 12118667) * 100 = 25.43% of the corona virus cases? source: https://coronavirus.jhu.edu/map.html note these numbers update frequently
NO WAY. This makes no sense at all. Unless there is a verifiable reason for this wild discrepancy, I simply do not believe these numbers.
I am not saying corona virus is not a problem or a threat. It is both.
