Blue Moon Behind Clouds

Taken from our back patio, part of the patio cover is visible on the top right. Shot with my Sony A6000 in “superior auto” a.k.a. low light mode, braced against a patio cover upright (no tripod). Since I always shoot in raw, I changed the white balance to tungsten in Lightroom to get the blue effect.

The bright colors of the flag flapping in the wind caught my eye. It stands out against the white home with gray shingles. I also like the sky and mountains in the background. Shot in Prescott, Az.

Swainson’s Hawk Young in Nest
