I wasn’t going to post anything about the 9/11 anniversary until I saw this image tweeted by the Yavapai County Sheriff’s office.
The reason to never forget is to prevent it from happening again.

It’s 9/11. I’m pausing for a moment to honor those who fell 9/11/2001.
When I think of what happened since then: 2 undeclared wars at a huge cost in lives and treasure and my country lurching towards becoming a police state. The action is the reaction as the cultural Marxists say.
I hope I can avoid seeing reruns of the airliners crashing into the towers. Enough of that.

On Friday 9/11/2009 there’s a memorial for those who fell on 9/11/2001 and to honor those serving the US. 6:30 – 8:30 at the courthouse. It’s put on by the Tea Party organizers, so it should be interesting.
