This is what fall should look like. Gray, overcast sky and bright color in the leaves. We are starting to get some fall color here, in about a week or so the cottonwood trees should turn yellow.
We were planning a drive to the Flagstaff area to see the aspen trees, but the forecast was for rain so we have delayed the trip.

On Sunday Gary, I, and friend Lynn went out on the Senator Highway (Prescott, AZ) looking for fall colors. Here are a few that I got, I’ll post more later. These are right out of the camera – other than conversion to small jpegs. Click on image for a larger view.
