Earlier I posted about some dogs at the shelter from a hoarder. The Daily Courier had an article today about this case. There were 60 dogs involved.

Some more hoarder dogs at the shelter. They have not been socialized and are very timid. I handled the black terrier mix and the two very light chihuahuas for their photographs. All will be good family dogs with time and love.

Hoarder Dogs, Part 1

At the Yavapai Humane Society today we found out that there are 16 small dogs, terrier and chihuahua mixes, that were rescued from a hoarder. And there are 20 more coming in. Some of these dogs are unsocialized, they never really interacted with people. YHS will work to socialize them and adopt them out. Tomorrow we will be shooting adoption web site photos of these dogs. I went into the kennel and shot these photos of the first group.
