Our apple tree has decided that spring is here, it’s blooming. This macro image created by Gary Gromer was made by taking several photos focusing on different parts of the flower, then they are combined by a process called focus stacking which takes the in-focus sections of each and makes a single image with a deep depth of field. Shot with a Nikkor 200 mm macro lens and Nikon D80 camera.
Last year we got quite a few good apples from this tree.
Today I am working on our taxes, so I thought I would share some really beautiful images with my readers. And hopefully balance out my tax preparation mood.
