I was at Willow Lake in Prescott AZ today and saw three porcupines. The most I’ve seen there at once. And I watched one climb down a tree. It was quite a process, sometimes forward soemtimes in reverse.

I smell a rat! No, I’m not referring the the voting debacle in Maricopa county. A real live pack rat. In our Prescott AZ garage! We noticed some droppings in the garage, so I relocated my trail camera to ID what was pooping in the garage. And here it is!

A cooper’s hawk visited our Prescott, AZ front yard today looking for a dove to eat for breakfast. Gary and I were finishing a meal when the dogs alerted to the front window. Many birds enjoying our feeders and bird bath all made a panic exit when the hawk came by. It flew off with empty talons this time.
