Prescott Valley Az sunset over Glassford Hill, with a small rainstorm and some fog. Shot through the windshield of a moving car (I was not driving) on an evening with a bit of rain. There are a few raindrops on the windshield.

We went to Mountain View Park in Prescott Valley to scout out new places to shoot outdoor portraits and dog photos. And we saw some cute ducklings in a lake at the park.

Fain Lake sans Water

The Town of Prescott Valley, Az has drained Fain Lake to clear it of sediment. We went to see it today, it looks very freaky. The park is closed until mid-March, if you want to see the lake you can hike in along Lynx Creek from the overpass on Stone Ridge. The trail is pretty easy, and the rattlesnakes are hibernating this time of year.
