The drywallers finished taping and texturing the walls and ceiling. It was interesting to see them working on stilts to reach the ceiling.
On Sunday we bought light fixtures for the interior and exterior, plus 2 ceiling fans. Progress.

Exterior Paint Completed
The exterior painting of our room addition called The Barn is complete. The addition blends well with the existing house, which was build in 1945.
Drywall was delivered, but as yet not installed.

Nails
On Sunday I cleaned up nails on my construction site / backyard. I have a magnet on a pole, very handy for this work. In the photo it’s upside down over the bucket of nails. I wear heavy canvas gloves when I pick up sharp stuff.
The Barn construction continues. Drywall installation next week. We had some rain and the addition stayed dry!
