Yavapai County admin building closed by “threats”

Yavapai County Board of Supervisors Chairman Craig Brown announced Monday, April 19, that the Yavapai County administration building, 1015 Fair St. in Prescott, would close for the next five to 10 business days under a threat, according to a news release.

I worked in that building for most of the years I worked for Yavapai County. I wonder what the threat is?

The Yavapai County Board of Supervisors supported citizens right to keep and bear arms when they decided not to post “no weapons” signs at county buildings. In Az a citizen can carry a firearm openly or concealed anyplace except on property posted with a no weapons allowed sign. The County Recorder wanted to post these signs on some county buildings.

Way to go, County Supervisors!  Any government that fears armed citizens is not legitimate.
